Un jeune couple traverse la rue à Paris. Ils veulent prendre le bus mais il y a trop de monde. ils prennent un taxi. Images de la rue, des passants, des vitrines, de la circulation. Images de la place de la Concorde puis des Champs-Elysées avec l’arc de Triomphe au fond. Ils montent sur le toit de l’Arc de Triomphe et regardent la tour Eiffel. Images de la circulation avec un gendarme qui régule le trafic. Kiosque à journaux. Entrée d’un métro. Péniches. Métro aérien. Personnes qui sortent du métro. Circulation dans les rues. Gendarme régule le trafic. Police enlève une voiture mal garée. Le conducteur arrive trop tard et discute avec un gendarme. Le couple monte sur un bateau-mouche, le “Galiote”. Il s’éloigne vers le pont Alexandre III. Fin.
